<p>Рассматривается трансформация региональной политической системы и политического режима Республики Бурятия за последние три года. В результате проведенного анализа автор приходит к выводу о том, что политическая система и политический режим Республики Бурятия функционируют по принципу коммерческой корпорации, где президент является ее руководителем. Такая система обеспечивает политическую лояльность центру, но одновременно институализирует внутреннюю оппозицию.</p>

<p>The article considers transformation of the regional political system and political regime of the Republic of Buryatia over the last three years. The author analyses the institutional structure changing, which from one hand is obtaining modernization features, from another hand is conserving traditional authoritarian elements of distribution of authority. In this process there’re two institutional novations that have key value: pass to the actual appointment of the government executives of regions and leading party formation in order to control the central structure of regional policy. The performed analysis revealed that political system and political regime of the Republic of Buryatia functions in terms of commercial corporation approach led by the president. Such a system ensures the political loyalty to the center, although institutionalizes simultaneously internal opposition.</p>
