<p>В контексте характеристик гуманитарно-правовой глобализации проводится анализ проблематики личных прав как составной части международно-правового института прав и свобод человека. Отмечается, что процессы этатизации личных прав человека с позиций культур-цивилизационного (религиозного) измерения становятся предметом политически-утилитарного манипулирования для стран, имеющих доминирующую традиционно-культурную маркировку.</p>

<p>The article examines the issues of personal rights as an element of international law institute of human rights and liberties in terms of the law and humanities globalization. The article indicates that the etatisation processes of human personal rights from the positions of cultural and civilizational (religious) dimensions become a subject of political and utilitarian manipulation in the countries with traditional cultural marker as a dominant.</p>
