Аннотация RU <p>Дан историографический обзор содержания сайта истории пенитенциарной политики государства в Сибири XVII–XX вв. Автор анализирует работы ведущих современных исследователей, останавливаясь на основных проблемах данной темы: формировании законодательной базы уголовной и политической ссылки в Сибирь, положении заключенных, занятости производительным трудом, а также профессионализме чиновников тюремного управления и жандармского ведомства.</p>

Аннотация EN <p>The presented article is a historiography review of the web-site content of the history of penitentiary politics of Russian Empire in Siberia in XVII–XX-th c. The author examines the works of the leading contemporary researches, indicating the main issues of the theme: legislative base formation of the penal and political exile to Siberia, the living conditions of the prisoners, the labor occupancy, as well as the prisonous direction officers' professionalism.</p>
