Аннотация RU В статье анализируются факторы европеизации, понимаемой как возникновение, распространение и институционализация процедур, практик и норм, которые сначала определяются на наднациональном уровне Европейского союза, а затем инкорпорируются во внешнюю политику государств-участников с учетом национальных интересов и европейской идентичности.

Аннотация EN The article analyzes the factors of Europeanization that is viewed as formation, spread and institutionalization of procedures, practices and norms. They are first determined at the supranational level of the EU, and then incorporated into foreign policy of the member states taking into consideration national interests and European identity.
